Hi, I have long term back discomfort, after an xray I was diagnosed with lumbosacral imbalance due to excessive weight. I do not understand since I am not overweight. What can I do to ease the pain? Popping my back helps but not totally. I was also advised to stop doing that. Help me please. Please Help.
